Value per piece or per content

Have you ever divide the price of a purchase with the pieces or content such as ml or litres when buying your babies product ? For instance, there are 2 sizes of packaging for the same product. Eg. The bigger packing size of 50 pieces cost RM53 while another size with 40 pieces cost RM41.

First thing that came to your mind, most likely is to get the bigger pack. When you calculate, you will notice a heaps of savings you will get if you buy in bulk quantity.

Simple calculation
RM53/ 50 = RM1.06
RM41 / 40 = RM1.025
